Toffee Rolls
INGREDIENTS: Wind & Willow English Toffee Cheeseball & Dessert Mix 1 c. powdered sugar 2 T. butter, softened 3 oz. cream cheese 1 T. milk 1 pkg. refrigerated cinnamon rolls or 1 pan of plain bakery cinnamon rolls.
DIRECTIONS: If using refrigerated cinnamon rolls, bake according to package directions and cool.
Mix cheeseball mix, powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese in mixer until well blended; add milk 1 tsp. at a time until desired spreading consistency. Spread over rolls and sprinkle with contents of topping package.
Cheeseball Recipe
INGREDIENTS: Cheeseball Mix 8 oz cream cheese 4 Tbs. butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS: Mix contents of cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter. Chill until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Makes 12 appetizer servings. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or a variety of fruit.
